Frameworks
Simple tools for structured thinking. They are starting points, not dogmas.
One-constraint planning
Pick the single constraint that most limits results. Design two interventions that change it within 90 days. Protect focus by listing what you will not do.
Decision pre-mortem
Assume the initiative failed. List the top five plausible causes. Design safeguards or early warning signals for each cause. This surfaces hidden assumptions.
Metric tree
Start with an outcome (e.g., net revenue). Break it into drivers (price, volume, churn). For each driver, list controllable levers and define measurement rules.
